Frontwoman Morgan Nagler is back with Whispertown (sans the 2000) and a new 7 song EP called Parallel.
Most of Parallel (except “Blood From Wine”) represents a different musical direction…more synth, less twang.
The artificial beeps and mechanical whirring underscore a deep sense that something is amiss.
Most upbeat track: “Bit Into A Peach”
Most depressing track: “Isn’t There More”
Best track: “Parallel”
