Apparently it was a “joke” band, but they released a full album. One of the songs on it is “The Best Part”:

Kathleen Edwards released her fourth album Voyageur (co-produced with Justin Vernon) over a year ago but I only recently discovered it.
All the songs on Voyageur are really great, solid songs. It’s not often that I come across an entire album (from an artist I’ve never heard of before) that is surprisingly strong from start to finish. Listen to a couple tracks below:

Norah Jones played the opening night show a few days ago, and some highlights of the line-up include The Swell Season (July 30), Sonic Youth (July 31), Holly Miranda (August 5), and Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings (August 7).
